I really didn't use this book until the middle of the semester but it "saved my life" in the class. To me, what was really helpful was the breakdown of the important areas, such as Respondeat Superior and the powers to bind. This author did a better job in teaching me than my instructor.The most important area of the book is the ability to practice the essays using the examples given. If you know you are going to be tested on a particular subject within the area of agency. Use ALL the examples given for your practice tests.
