ReviewI feel like I see my share of movies, but had probably only caught 5% of these. Yeah, I knew Matthew McConaughey was in the fourth "Texas Chainsaw," but had never heard of "The Aliens Are Coming" much less known Ed Harris was in it. Knew about Sam Elliott in "Frogs," but had no idea about Jesse Eisenberg in "Cursed," Mila Kunis in the '95 "Piranha," Bill Nighy in the Robert Englund "Phantom of the Opera," or Taylor Lautner in something called "Shadow Fury." Not only that, Whitehead is an excellent and witty tour guide through this marsh of "Yep, Eugene Levy was in something called 'Cannibal Girls' and after you read this, you'll be damned if you don't hunt that thing down" as he makes even what must be the worst crap sound damn interesting and a must-see if only to laugh and be like, "Oh, my God - he/she IS in this!!"
Full disclosure, I am not only a fan, but also a writer of an included "movie like this" in this book, just you'll have to buy it yourself and flip to page 392 to get the scoop (and a delightful freeze-frame from the culprit).
